Admin/Marketing Associate Job Description



Description - The Admin / Marketing associate is a very visible member of the team.   With overall responsibility for delivering extraordinary client service, the Admin / Marketing associate must be professional, caring, and genuinely interested in making other people feel special and loved.   


Responsibilities & Activities:


¨     Delivers concierge services to “A” & “A+” clients:


Ø  Coordinates all gifts and cards

Ø  Random acts of kindness

Ø  Makes monthly and quarterly “stay in touch” calls


¨     Coordinates all activities related to client events:


Ø  Creates invitations and ensures compliance approval

Ø  Books facility and coordinates refreshments

Ø  Handles reservations

Ø  Handles creating nametags

Ø  Arranges for audio taping if needed

Ø  Lines up speakers if appropriate

Ø  Ensures completion of all activities on the Client Event Checklist


¨     Coordinates client newsletter:


Ø  Handles production and mailing

Ø  Coordinates articles and other content

Ø  Manages mailing list


¨     Manages website:
